  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc onion, minced
  • 1 pc carrot, minced
  • 1/2 kg tinapa flakes
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning ground black pepper
  • lumpia wrappers
  • oil for deep-frying

  1. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic and just sauté until toasted. Gently add the carrots and tinapa flakes in and give this a minute to cook.

  2. Pour in the Knorr Liquid Seasoning and mix this well. Remove from heat and set aside to cool down.

  3. Now, place a spoonful of the mixture in the lumpia wrapper, roll into a log and seal with a flour-water mixture or beaten egg.

  4. Deep-fry in hot oil until brown and crisp. Drain on a plate lined with paper towels and that’s our dish! You will definitely eat more than usual when your mom serves you Crispy Tinapa Rolls. This recipe will surely keep you coming back for more!
