Crispy Chicken Gata with Ampalaya
  1. There are only 2 steps in making this unique and great tasting dish. First, you need to cook the chicken fillet and second, you need to create a sauce that will go with the chicken.

  2. Let’s begin by making the batter. Place all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and dip the breast fillets in before frying them in hot oil. Then, remove them from the oil and allow these to drain in a plate lined with paper towels.

  3. Next, let’s cook the sauce. In a saucepan, turn your heat up to medium and pour some oil. Throw the onions and garlic in and sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is golden. Now, add the ampalaya with the water, Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay, sili sigang and a dash of pepper. Stir gently and allow to simmer until the ampalaya is cooked.

  4. When you serve this Crispy Chicken with the sauce poured over, you won’t be able to stop yourself from crying tears of joy. It’s just that good!
