  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pc red onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ kg beef sirloin
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ½ kg broccoli
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

  1. Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add beef and cook this on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Take out beef from pan to avoid overcooking. .

  2. Add water into pan and bring to a boil before adding the Knorr Beef Cubes, oyster sauce and broccoli. Stir well and simmer for a minute.

  3. Pour in slurry (cornstarch dissolved in water) and let simmer until sauce is thick then toss cooked beef back into pan. Adjust seasonings according to taste. No need to go for Chinese take out to enjoy Beef and Broccoli, for at the comforts of your home, you can serve this anytime you please.
