Spicy Rib Wrap

    Serves

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • KNORR beef cubes, crumbled
  • Paprika
  • Peri peri spice
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Sugar
  • Oil
  • Boiled or smoked pork ribs
  • 8 wraps or breadrolls
  • ½ lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • Mayonnaise

  1. Mix the garlic, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, peri peri, coarse black pepper, sugar and oil in a bowl.

  2. Add the ribs and ensure they are well coated.

  3. Cook over the braai fire or under the grill, basting with the sauce until they are soft and falling off the bone.

  4. Allow to cool, then chop the meat up roughly, add to the mayonnaise and spring onions.

  5. Place a wrap on a plate, put lettuce and tomato down the middle and top with rib mixture.

  6. Roll up and serve as a snack or lunch.
