Naan Bread

  • Oil for frying
  • Poppy seeds
  • Fresh thyme chopped
  • Crushed chilli flakes
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • Flour
  • Plain yoghurt
  • Instant yeast
  • Warm water

  1. Place the flour and all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Mix the yoghurt and warm water together.

  3. Add to the flour mix and mix well.

  4. Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 8 – 10 minutes.

  5. Place in an oiled bowl and leave in a warm place to rise and double in size.

  6. Knock back and divide into 6 pieces.

  7. Roll out into a flat oblong bread.

  8. Heat oil in a frying pan.

  9. Fry the bread 2 minutes each side.
