Place the flour and all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Mix the yoghurt and warm water together.
Add to the flour mix and mix well.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 8 – 10 minutes.
Place in an oiled bowl and leave in a warm place to rise and double in size.
Knock back and divide into 6 pieces.
Roll out into a flat oblong bread.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry the bread 2 minutes each side.
