Ingredients

  • Oil for frying
  • Fish, cut into even sizes
  • Flour
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Crushed chilli flakes
  • Ground paprika
  • Peri peri spice
  • Knorr chicken cubes
  • Coarse black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Sauce: Mayonnaise
  • Cayene pepper
  • Knorr chicken stock cubes
  • sugar
  • Tomato paste

Cooking Methods

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, chilli flakes, peri peri spice, paprika, crumbled Knorr chicken cubes, paprika and black pepper together.

  2. Lightly beat the egg.

  3. Dip the fish pieces in egg and then in the crumbing mixture and deep fry until golden.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, sugar, crumbled KNORR chicken cube and tomato paste together.

  5. Serve the fish fingers with the sweet chilli mayonnaise and chips.
