  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
  • 1/4 kg liempo, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp black beans
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • water as needed
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 pcs chilies
  • 1/4 cup banana blossoms

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Get your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and sauté the onion, garlic and Knorr Pork Cubes.
  • 2 Add the liempo and black beans next and sauté for a minute.
  • 3 Pour the vinegar and let this simmer before adding the pineapple juice, water, brown sugar, soy sauce, chillies and banana blossoms.
  • 4 Cook this covered until pork is tender and sauce has thickened. Taste and check the seasoning.
