  • 5 pcs tokwa, cubed
  • cooking oil
  • 1(20g) pack Knorr Sinigang Original Mix
  • 8 pcs sapsap, cleaned
  • 2 cups sitaw, cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 2 pcs onions, halved
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups kangkong tops

  • 1 Get a skillet and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and fry the tokwa until crispy and golden brown in color. Set aside.
  • 2 In another pan, heat a little oil then sauté onions and tomatoes until wilted and fragrant.
  • 3 Pour in the water and Knorr Sinigang Original Mix for the right blend of sour and savory tastes. Bring to a boil before adding the fish and sitaw.
  • 4 Allow to boil for another 3-4 minutes, then Add kangkong tops.
  • 5 Turn heat off and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drop in fried tokwa and serve hot. With warm rice, you will definitely eat more than usual.
