  • 1 pc KNORR CHICKEN BROTH CUBE
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 kg Chicken leg quarter, cut into 3 pieces
  • 6 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/2 kg Small green papaya, peeled, seeds removed and sliced
  • 1 tsp Luyang dilaw, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 pc (about 3-inch in size) Ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 6 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc Medium sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce

  • 500 grams Bomba or Dinorado rice
  • 3 cups Water or as needed
  • ½ cup Chili leaves or malunggay
