  • ½ kg fish fillet, cut into 1” cubes
  • salt, as needed
  • all purpose flour, as needed
  • oil for frying, as needed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 (33-g) packs Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • 2 pcs. bay leaves
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 cup all purpose cream
  • 1 kg floury potato, peeled, diced and boiled until tender
  • 4 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
