  • 1/2 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 pc large potato
  • 2-2 1/2 cups rice water
  • 1 tsp whole peppercorns
  • 1 pc medium onion
  • 2 pcs Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 2 cups repolyo leaves
  • 1 1/2 cup pechay leaves

  • 1 Begin by preparing the rice. Wash it first and then reserve the water from when you washed your rice and pour this into the pot together with the chicken, potato, peppercorns and onion. Bring this slowly to a boil then lower the heat to simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  • 2 Drop in the Knorr Chicken cubes, repolyo and pechay leaves once the chicken is tender. Continue to cook this until all the vegetables are tender.
  • 3 When you sip into this warm and comforting soup, this will remind you of home.
