Prepare a pan and get this nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic. Sauté this until the onion is translucent and the garlic is golden in color before adding the chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked through, add the sigarilyas, Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay, water, Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix and siling haba. Mix well and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle some pepper and this dish is definitely done.
Make sure you leave more space in your stomach because you won’t be able to stop yourself from adding more rice when you serve this Chicken Coconut Tamarind dish! It’s quite addicting!
