  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 small pc sliced onions
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 pc carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cauliflower, bite-sized pcs
  • 1 cup young corn, bite-sized pcs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chicharo, ends trimmed
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup green bell peppers
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning

  1. Saute onions and garlic in hot oil.

  2. Add carrots, cauliflower and young corn. Add water and allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

  3. Add cabbage, chicharo and bell peppers.

  4. Season with salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Mix well.

  5. Add Knorr Liquid Seasoning and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Serve while warm.
