Tuna Omelette

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 can (150g) tuna chunks, drained
  • 1 piece chicken cube
  • 4 pc egg, beaten

TUNA OMELETTE
  1. In a medium pan, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat, add oil and sauté the onions until soft and dark brown in color.

  2. Add the tuna chunks and Knorr chicken cube. Continue to heat until cube is fully dissolved.

  3. Gradually add the egg mix to the pan. Start by adding 1/2 portion and let it cook until it sets at the bottom of the pan. Add the remaining egg mix to the pan and cook fully.

  4. Serve hot and Enjoy this easy and delicious recipe with bread or rice.
