  • 1 pack Knorr Nido Oriental Style soup 53 g
  • 800 ml water
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (may be lessened to make less spicy)
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • 1 pc tofu, sliced into large cubes
  • Optional: bok choy, Chinese cabbage, or spinach
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: spring onions for garnish

  1. Dissolve soup mix in water. Allow to simmer for 3 minutes.

  2. Add gochujang paste and mix well, then slowly pour in beaten egg. Gently stir. Add tofu cubes and bok choy. Continue to simmer for another 3 minutes.

  3. Transfer onto a serving bowl/s. Drizzle with some sesame oil, and garnish with spring onions. Serve while warm.
