  • 1/2 kg spaghetti noddles
  • water for boiling pasta
  • salt
  • 1/2 kg lean ground pork
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 pcs. pork cubes (optional, but recommended)
  • 10 pcs. hotdogs
  • 1/2 kg or More store-bought spaghetti sauce, Filipino Style
  • 1 1/3 cup of banana catsup
  • white sugar to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • patis or fish sauce to taste
  • Keso de Bola, grated for topping

Spaghetti with Hotdogs and Quezo de Bola
  1. In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion until aromatic.

  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned. Season with fish sauce and black pepper to taste.

  3. Stir in the sliced hotdogs and cook for about 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in the spaghetti sauce and banana ketchup. Add the Knorr Pork Cubes and season with sugar. Adjust the salt, pepper, and fish sauce to your taste.

  5. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions, adding salt to the boiling water.

  7. To serve, place a portion of pasta on a plate, generously top with sauce, and sprinkle with grated keso de bola. Enjoy!
