  • 5 pcs tokwa, cubed
  • cooking oil for frying
  • 20 g (1 pack) Knorr Sinigang Original Mix
  • 8 pcs sapsap, cleaned
  • 2 cups sitaw, cut into 3 inch lengths
  • 2 pcs onions, halved
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cup kangkong tops

Pinangat na Sapsap at Tokwa Recipe
  1. Get a medium pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and fry the tokwa until crispy and golden brown in color. Drain excess oil and set aside.

  2. In another pan, heat a little oil then sauté onions and tomatoes until soft and fragrant.

  3. Pour in the water and Knorr Sinigang Original Mix for the right blend of sour and savory tastes. Bring to a boil before adding the fish and sitaw.

  4. Allow to boil for another 3-4 minutes, then Add kangkong tops.

  5. Turn heat off and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, drop in fried tokwa and serve hot. With warm rice, you will definitely eat more than usual.
