  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pc ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 pc medium onion, quartered
  • 1 pc large dalag or hito, cleaned and cut into serving portions
  • 4 cups ""hugas bigas""
  • 3 pcs Knorr Fish Cubes
  • 2 bunches pechay Tagalog
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • pepper to taste

  1. Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic, ginger, and onions.

  2. Add fish,“hugas bigas”, and Knorr Fish Cubes. Bring to a boil until the fish is cooked through.

  3. When fish is cooked, add pechay tagalog, green onions, and pepper.

  4. Serve once the vegetables are cooked. See how simple dishes becomes a pleasure especially when you eat with the whole family.
