For the Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp Lady's Choice peanut butter chunky
  • 3 tsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 150 g ground pork
  • 1/2 Knorr pork cube
  • 3 tsp chilli oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 -2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp water (or more as needed)
  • salt to taste (1/4 tsp)

For the Noodles:

  • 150 g spaghetti or your preferred noodles
  • boiling water as needed
  • salt as needed

For Garnish:

  • green onions

Nutty and Nice Peanut Noodle
  1. Cook the Pasta In a pot of boiling water with salt, cook spaghetti noodles until 1 minute away from al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

  2. Prepare the Sauce and Pork In a bowl, combine chunky peanut butter, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, oyster sauce, chili oil, chili flakes, garlic, vinegar, sugar, Knorr Pork cube, and pasta water. Whisk until smooth and adjust the season to taste. In a large pan with hot oil, cook ground pork over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with the pork, stirring to coat evenly. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Combine and Serve Add the hot noodles to the pan with the pork and sauce mixture. Toss until well combined, adding more pasta water as needed for desired consistency. Garnish with chopped green onions and chili flakes according to preference. Enjoy!
