  • rice
  • Canned or fresh mushrooms
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • *Mozzarella Cheese, optional

  1. COOK THE BASE. Saute the mushroom and rice in oil. Add diluted Knorr Mushroom Soup. Add hot water until you reach your desired cook on rice. Chill in the fridge until it becomes shapeable.

  2. SHAPE AND COAT. Shape the cooled rice into balls. Optionally, you can add a cube of mozzarella inside. Dust with flour, breadcrumbs. If revised, dust with breadcrumbs only.

  3. COOK THE BACON and ADD THE SAUCE. Cook your shaped mushroom balls by deep frying or using an airfyer until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or marinara.
