  • 1 pc eggplant, sliced
  • 3 pcs. tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ pc zucchini, sliced
  • 1- 2 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • assorted fresh herbs of your choice, roughly chopped
  • ground black pepper
  • oil for frying / grilling
  • 400 g. tri-color pasta, cooked al dente

  1. First, marinate the sliced vegetables in a mixture of Knorr Liquid Seasoning, oil, and fresh herbs.

  2. For the next step, grill the vegetables over stove top or pan-fry in hot oil.

  3. Now, you may toss the cooked vegetables with the tri-color pasta and check if it still needs additional seasoning. Finally, that’s our dish!
