  • 4 cups water
  • Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original (22g)
  • 500 grams shrimp
  • 2 pcs red onion, quartered
  • 300 grams kimchi, sliced
  • 1½ tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 3 large tomatoes, quartered
  • ½ radish sliced
  • sitaw sliced
  • enoki mushroom
  • 1 bunch (100g) kangkong, leaves picked and soft stems cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 200 grams fresh soft tofu ', cubed
  • green onions, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Add Knorr Sinigang Mix to a pot of boiling water.

  2. Throw in the shrimp, and remove after the shrimp is cooked halfway to avoid overcooking later.

  3. To the boiling Sinigang Broth, add in Kimchi, Gochujang, onions, tomato, radish, and mushrooms.

  4. Let this simmer until the vegetables have softened.

  5. Add Sitaw, Kangkong, more Kimchi, and tofu. Add the Pre-boiled Shrimp back in and simmer until cooked.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
