  • 1 kg boneless chicken quarter leg
  • 250 g All Purpose Flour
  • 250 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Knorr Liquid Seasoning Original
  • Onion leeks (for garnish)
  • cheese

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN. Marinate the boneless chicken quarter leg in Knorr Liquid Seasoning and ground black pepper.

  2. COAT AND COOK. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat in panko. Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and cripsy.

  3. FRY THE EGG. Heat oil in a pan. Cook seasoned, beaten egg until set, swirling for a thin layer. Add cheese as needed. Place on rice with chopped katsu, drizzle with Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and top with onion leeks.
