  • 8 pcs lamb chops
  • 20 ml Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper ground
  • 30 g butter

Lamb Chops Recipe
  1. Let's first marinate and season the lamb chops. In a medium bowl, combine Knorr Liquid Seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and black pepper together to make the marinate. Coat both side o the lamb and let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour olive oil and add the butter.

  3. Fry the lamb chops until cooked through. Fry or grill for 3-4 minutes each side, depending on the thickness.

  4. Serve with salad, baked potatoes or rice, this is a true winner!
