  • 2-3 pc chicken leg quarter, butterflied
  • 1/4 cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • pinch ground black pepper

Breading:

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • pinch of salt and pepper
  • cooking oil for frying

  1. Combine Knorr Liquid seasoning, garlic, calamansi juice and pepper then marinate chicken in chiller for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. After marinating, drain chicken from marinade then toss in flour mixture, one piece at a time, making sure the chicken is coated well. Deep fry until golden brown and fully cooked, about 8 minutes.
