  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 bundle ampalaya leaves
  • 1 pc tinapa, cooked and deboned
  • 1 Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 cup water

GINISANG AMPALAYA na may LEAVES TINAPA
  1. In a medium pan, get it nice and war over high-medium heat, add in the oil and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and brown.

  2. Add in the ampalaya leaves, water, Knorr Chicken Cubes and deboned tinapa flakes. Let the dish simmer until all ingredients are fully cooked. It's that simple!
