  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • ½ kilogram chicken cut ups
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 pc bay leaves
  • 1 tsp whole black peppercorn, slightly softened
  • Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cups rice, uncooked
  • green onions (for garnish)
  • fried garlic (for garnish)

  1. MARINATE THE CHICKEN. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, onion, and garlic.

  2. SEAR TE CHICKEN. Heat oil in rice cooker and sear chicken. Set aside.

  3. COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS. Pour in the remaining marinade, water, Knorr Chicken Cubes, black peppercorns, sugar, and washed rice, and search chicken on top. Close rice cooker and cook until done. Serve with garnish of green onions and fried garlic.
