  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ kg ground pork
  • ½ pc Knorr Pork Cube
  • ¼ cup shrimp, chopped
  • ½ kg ubod, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup kamote, cut it into thin strips
  • ½ cup carrots, cut into thin strips
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ pack Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 10 pcs lumpia wrapper
  • 2 cups oil

  1. There are actually 3 parts in making this dish. First you need to cook the filling. Second, prepare the sauce and lastly, assemble the lumpia.

  2. Let’s begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onions, garlic and pork. Sauté until the mixture gives off a nice and aroma and the meat is cooked.

  3. You may now add the Knorr Pork Cube, shrimp, ubod, kamote and carrots and cook them for a few minutes more.

  4. To give the vegetables a fantastic flavour, just add the Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay and water then you can start seasoning it with pepper. Let the mixture simmer until cooked through. Once done, just set aside.

  5. Let’s now move on to making the sauce just by mixing all the ingredients together. Set this aside as well.

  6. Since our filling is cool enough to handle, place a mixture of it in the lumpia wrapper, roll and deep fry until golden brown.

  7. And that’s our dish! When you serve Fried Lumpiang Ubod sa Gata , you will be surprised because before you know it, you’ve consumed the entire plate.
