  • For the Tamarind Vinaigrette:
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 -2 tsp Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • For the salad:
  • 1/4 kg fresh lato
  • 2 pcs. salted egg, quartered
  • 3 pcs tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup fried dilis

  1. This recipe is so easy to make. Make the dressing first by combining the vinegar, garlic, honey, and Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original in a bowl. Mix well until smooth.

  2. Slowly drizzle the canola oil while whisking.

  3. Arrange the salad ingredients on a plate and drizzle the vinaigrette over. Toss well to fully coat the salad. How simple is that but not simple on the flavour. Serve as side to your favourite meat dish or eat as snack, it's healthy on the belly.
