  • 1 pc Knorr Pork Cube
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1/2 cup wood ear mushroom or tenga ng daga
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (corn, carrots, and green peas)
  • 1/2 cup togue
  • 1 slice tokwa diced, slightly fried

  1. Let’s begin by dissolving Knorr Pork Cube in 4 cups of water and bring this to a boil then simmer.

  2. Next, throw in the wood ear mushroom and ginger and just let it rehydrate and simmer for a few minutes.

  3. The next step is to gently place the ground pork next and again let this simmer until the pork is cooked through.

  4. Give this a good seasoning of Knorr Liquid Seasoning and sesame oil. Mix well before adding tenga ng daga, mixed vegetable, togue, and tokwa.

  5. One more step and this dish is done. You just need to thicken it with corn starch then drop in the egg. And that’s it!
