  • 1 pack Knorr Sinigang sa may Miso
  • 500 g Salmon belly
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pc onion quartered
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 bunch Kangkong leaves or any green leafy vegetables of choice
  • 3 pcs Green chili peppers
  • to taste salt and pepper

  1. Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

  2. Once the water is boiling, add onions and tomatoes. Cook until slightly softened.

  3. Add in the salmon belly pieces. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes until the fish is cooked.

  4. Pour in Knorr Sinigang sa may Miso. Stir well to dissolve the mix and let it simmer for a few more minutes.

  5. Add in kangkong leaves and green chili peppers. Adjust seasoning if needed by adding salt.

  6. Turn off heat, cover pot and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your easy, simple and smart sinigang na salmon belly, perfect for dinner!
