  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 500 grams cooked spaghetti noodles

Creamy Carbonara sa Gata
  1. Begin by getting a pan and dissolve Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix in 1 cup water. Bring this to a boil then lower heat to a simmer until thick.

  2. Pour in the cream and mushroom next. Continue to simmer until mushrooms are cooked.

  3. Toss in the cooked spaghetti and sprinkle some bacon bit or you can add your favorite topping. And that’s our dish. What a brilliant idea to serve coconut on pasta? Its simply delicious.
