  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 pc onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pack 45g Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of water
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 kg kalabasa, cubes
  • 70 g shrimp, peeled, cleaned, and deveined
  • 200 g string beans, cut into 3” length

  1. Make sure to have all your ingredients prepped and ready for cooking as this dish comes together quickly.

  2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat and add the onions and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped kalabasa and sauté for a minute.

  4. Next, add the dissolved Ginataang Gulay Recipe MIx into the pot and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add the sitaw (string beans) into the pot and let simmer until the vegetables are cooked through.

  6. Add the shrimp and let it simmer until it changes color. Make sure to watch the pot so as not to overcook the shrimp.

  7. Remove from the heat and serve on its own or with your favorite ulam.
