  • 1 kg leftover lechon, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pack Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok mix
  • 1 1/2 litrong tubig
  • 3 kamatis
  • 2 gabi
  • 2 sibuyas
  • 4 pieces siling pangsigang
  • 1 talong
  • 1 cup sitaw, cut in pcs
  • 1 cup kangkong (water spinach) leaves and stems
  • 8 pcs okra
  • patis

  1. Sauté onions in hot oil

  2. Add left over lechon and sauté for 3 mins

  3. Add patis to taste

  4. Add tomatoes and gabi. Cover pot and let simmer.

  5. Pour in hot water and bring to a boil until gabi is tender

  6. Adde okra, talong, sili and sitaw.

  7. Cover and let boil for around 2 mins

  8. Add kangkong

  9. Mix in 1 pack of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix.

  10. May add more patis if needed.

  11. Let simmer for 2 mins

  12. Serve and enjoy
