Sauté onions in hot oil
Add left over lechon and sauté for 3 mins
Add patis to taste
Add tomatoes and gabi. Cover pot and let simmer.
Pour in hot water and bring to a boil until gabi is tender
Adde okra, talong, sili and sitaw.
Cover and let boil for around 2 mins
Add kangkong
Mix in 1 pack of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix.
May add more patis if needed.
Let simmer for 2 mins
Serve and enjoy
