  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet, sliced
  • 100 g chicken liver, cubed
  • 1 pc small-sized sayote, peeled, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 pc small-sized carrots, peeled, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup cauliflower
  • 1 cup Baguio beans, sliced
  • ½ cup celery stalk, sliced
  • ½ cup red and green bell pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 pack Knorr crab and corn soup, dissolved in 2 cups water
  • ½ pc cabbage head, sliced
  • Fine ground pepper to taste
  • 1 55 g pack of Knorr Crab & Corn Soup

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in hot oil until lightly browned.

  2. Sauté chicken breast and chicken liver until cooked.

  3. Add sayote and cook for 2mins.

  4. Add in the rest of the vegetables except for the cabbage. Mix well.

  5. Pour in dissolved Knorr Crab and Corn Soup. Allow to simmer. Cover and cook vegetables for 8 mins.

  6. Lastly add cabbage and season with fine ground pepper. Continue to cook for another 3 mins. Serve immediately.
