  • 2 cups oil
  • 12 pcs store-bought siomai
  • 1 tbsp crispy garlic
  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 pcs calamansi
  • 1 tbsp Knorr chilli Liquid Seasoning

  1. Steam Siomai for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Deep-Fry Siomai for 5-7 minutes.

  3. Mix squeezed calamansi juice, crispy garlic and Knorr Chili Liquid Seasoning to taste for the dip.

  4. Put Siomai on top of your rice and top with Knorr Chili Liquid Seasoning to taste.
