  • 1 lb chicken, cut into serving-pieces
  • 22 g Knorr Sinigang sa Samploc with gabi
  • 5 okra
  • 10 pcs string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cup spinach
  • 1 pc long green peppers
  • 2 pcs tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pc onion, quartered
  • 2 pcs thumb ginger, crushed
  • 2 pcs garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 pc radish, chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tsps cooking oil
  • fish sauce and ground white pepper to taste

  1. Saute garlic, onion and crushed ginger in a pot.

  2. Add in the chicken pieces once the onion has softened. Saute until the chicken pieces turn light brown.

  3. Add some water, and let it boil.

  4. Put in the radish into the pot. Add the Knorr Sinigang sa Samploc with Gabi shortly after.

  5. Cover the pot, and let it simmer over low heat for around 35 minutes.

  6. Add the tomatoes, long green pepper, and string beans to the pot.

  7. Season with ground white pepper and fish sauce. Let it boil for about 8 minutes.

  8. Add the spinach (or kangkong), and cover. Let the residual heat cook the spinach.
