  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 2 pcs laurel leaves
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
  • water
  • 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 chopped medium onion
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup oil

  1. In the rice cooker pot, combine chicken, laurel leaves, peppercorn, Knorr Chicken Cube and water enough to cover the chicken. Cover and allow to cook.

  2. Once chicken is fully cooked, drain chicken from boiling water then shred using 2 forks. Set aside.

  3. In the same rice cooker pot, saute garlic and onions in hot oil then add shredded chicken. Make sure that the rice cooker setting is on cook mode. Add soy sauce, chicken cube and turmeric powder. Mix well. Pour in vinegar and allow to cook until dry. Adjust seasoning according to taste. Serve with hot rice.
