  • 1 pack cheese ramen
  • 1 litre water
  • 1 pack Knorr crab and corn soup 55 g
  • 1 pc egg, beaten
  • Lady's Choice cheddar cheese mayo, to taste
  • optional: sliced onion leeks for garnish

  1. Boil half the water then cook ramen noodles halfway & add all soup packets.

  2. Dissolve soup mix with the remaining water then pour in with the ramen noodles. Allow to simmer then slowly pour in beaten egg. Gently sir. Continue to simmer for another 3 minutes.

  3. Transfer onto a serving bowl/s. Drizzle with Lady’s Choice Cheddar Cheese Mayo on top. Serve while warm.
