  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 thumbs ginger, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pc Knorr beef cube
  • 4 cups water
  • 12 pieces Thai chilli pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • ground black pepper to taste

  1. In a pot, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until the aromatics soften.

  2. Add the thinly sliced beef and sauté until the beef is medium brown.

  3. Mix in the vinegar and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.

  4. Add in the Knorr Beef Cube, stir until incorporated.

  5. Pour the water in and let the mixture come back up to a boil. Continue to boil on low to medium heat until the beef gets tender (around 30 minutes), adding more water if needed.
