1 pack Knorr Chinese-style Crab and Corn Soup (may use other Knorr Chinese-style soups)
800 ml water
1 pc egg, beaten
1 bunch misua noodles
1 tbsp store-bought chili garlic oil

Dissolve soup mix in water. Mix well. Cook over medium heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in beaten egg and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in misua noodles. Continue to cook for another 1 min. Transfer onto a serving bowl and top with chili garlic oil. You may also garnish with chopped spring onions or cilantro. Serve while hot.

Optional: Add quail eggs, bola bola, or dumplings as toppings!
