Pasta Noodle Bake With Chicken And Carrots

  • KNORR beef stock
  • Vegetable oil
  • Macaroni, raw
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Chicken, cubed
  • Carrot, peeled and sliced
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tin chopped tomato
  • Water
  • Coarse ground black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

  2. Place the raw pasta in the dish.

  3. In a large pan, brown the onions and garlic.

  4. Add the chicken, and carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the chopped chilli, chopped thyme, crumbled cubes, black pepper and chopped tomato and simmer for 2 minutes.

  6. Pour over the pasta, mix well.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
