- KNORR beef stock
- Vegetable oil
- Macaroni, raw
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Chicken, cubed
- Carrot, peeled and sliced
- Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tin chopped tomato
- Water
- Coarse ground black pepper
Cooking Methods

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place the raw pasta in the dish.

In a large pan, brown the onions and garlic.

Add the chicken, and carrots and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped chilli, chopped thyme, crumbled cubes, black pepper and chopped tomato and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour over the pasta, mix well.

Bake for 30 minutes.
