Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or prepare a braai fire.
In a bowl, mix the softened margarine with all the spices.
Portion the chicken.
Loosen the skin and push seasoned margarine under the skin.
Place the chicken pieces on some tin foil.
Arrange the extra flavoured margarine on top.
Close and seal the foil well.
Bake for an hour in the oven or on the braai.
Serve with chips or salad.
