  • 400 g. penne, cooked al dente
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups button mushroom, sliced
  • 2 (45g) packs Knorr Ginataang Gulay Complete Recipe Mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup all purpose cream
  • chopped parsley, for topping
  • toasted garlic, for topping
  • grated cheese for topping

  • 1 Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlicl until slightly toasted. Add mushroom and saute for a minute.
  • 2 Add Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay dissolved in water. Bring to the boil and simmer until thick.
