  • 500 g pork
  • 1 pc Knorr beef cube
  • 1 bunch spinach or Malunggay leaves
  • 3 pcs green papaya slice
  • 2 tbsp Patis
  • 1 liter water
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Pork Tinola​
  1. Sauté garlic and onion in a pot until golden brown.

  2. Add the pork and sauté until it turns light brown.

  3. Pour in the water and drop the Knorr Beef Cube. Let it simmer until the pork is tender.

  4. Add green papaya slices, and cook until soft.

  5. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  6. Lastly, add spinach or malunggay leaves. Simmer for another minute then turn off the heat. Serve hot!
