  • 12 ml Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 250 g chicken cut ups
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • cooking oil for frying

  1. Combine 12ml pack of Knorr Liquid seasoning, garlic, and pepper then rub onto chicken. Marinate in chiller for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat marinated chicken with flour mixture, one piece at a time.

  3. Pat loose breading then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain oil and serve.
