  • 12 ml Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 250 g chicken cut ups
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • cooking oil for frying

For Mushroom Gravy:

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 - 35 g pack Knorr cream of Mushroom, dissolved in 1 - 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning

Linamnam-Sarap Fried Chicken
  1. Combine 12ml pack of Knorr Liquid seasoning, garlic, and pepper then rub onto chicken. Marinate in chiller for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat marinated chicken with flour mixture, one piece at a time.

  3. Pat loose breading then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain oil and serve

  4. For Mushroom Gravy: Saute garlic in melted butter and oil until lightly toasted. Pour in dissolved Knorr of Mushroom. Mix well and allow to simmer until thickened. Season with Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Serve while warm.
