  • Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix Original (22g)
  • 1 Knorr pork cube
  • 1 small red onion peeled; cut into quartered
  • 1 small tomato; cut into quartered
  • 1 and ½ litres water
  • 1 small piece radish; peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 5 pieces okra; sliced
  • 1 medium eggplant; cut into quarters
  • 5 pcs string beans; cut into 3-inch lengths
  • ½ bunch kangkong leaves
  • 2 pcs Siling haba (green chilli)
  • salt and Pepper to taste

  1. In a medium pot over medium heat, add the cooking oil.

  2. Add onion and tomatoes and sauté until translucent and add the tomatoes softened.

  3. Pour in water and add the Knorr Sinigang Mix. Stir to dissolve.

  4. Add the Knorr Pork Cube

  5. Bring to a boil.

  6. Add the radish and simmer until almost tender.

  7. Add okra, eggplant, string beans and let it simmer until tender.

  8. Add the kangkong leaves and let it softened

  9. Add siling haba (green chilis).

  10. Add some salt and pepper to taste.

  11. Serve while hot.
