  • 1 rødløg, grofthakket
  • 1 rød peber, skåret i tern
  • 1 dåse flåede tomater (400 g)
  • 1 spsk. chipotle chili sauce
  • 1 terning Knorr Grøntsagsbouillon opløst i 300 ml vand
  • 100 g majs
  • 40 g saltede tortilla chips
  • 1 dåse kidneybønner
  • Revet ost og avocado som tilbehør

Mexi suppe
  1. Varm lidt olie op i en band og steg løgene indtil de er bløde (ca. 1-2 min.). Tilføj peber og steg i yderligere 1 min.

  2. Steg flåede tomater, chipotle chilisauce, bouillon og majs. Lad det simre i 12-15 min.

  3. Server retten i skåle og top med tortilla chips, lidt ost og avocado.
