  • 1 brev Knorr Béarnaise Sauce
  • 50 g margarine
  • 2 1/2 dl minimælk
  • 1 spsk. koncentreret tomatpuré

  1. Smelt margarine og tilsæt bearnaisepulver og mælk.

  2. Kog saucen op under omrøring og lad den simre 2-3 minutter.

  3. Tilsæt koncentreret tomatpuré, og server saucen til en god bøf, stegt kylling eller svinekød.
