- 1 can (15 oz.) no salt added kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added diced tomatoes
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Rice Pilaf

SEASON ground beef with salt and pepper if desired. Heat large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until beef is browned, about 5 minutes.
STIR in chili powder and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds, Add water, beans and tomatoes and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
STIR in Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Rice Pilaf; reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, about 7 minutes. Serve, if desired, with shredded Monterey Jack, Pepper Jack or Mexican blend cheese and corn bread.
